Those Darn Gators

Sooo the U of Florida continued their dominance in the world of collegiate sports last night with their win over the Sooners from Chokelahoma in the BCS National Championship game. Blah. I am so sick and tired of hearing about the living legend Tim F’n Tebow and how great he is and how he went on mission trips to Botswana or whatever and how he does no wrong.  I’m sure he’s a stand-up kinda guy and he’s obviously one of the best college players of all time (even though he’s gonna fail in the pros unless he becomes a tight end or halfback or something), but he’s the type of dude who garners soo much praise that it gets really REALLY obnoxious to hear about.  Listening to those jokers on Fox last night talk of this man like he’s a combination of Mother Teresa, Hulk Hogan, and Herschel Walker kinda drove me a bit crazy. Maybe one of these days a photo will show up of him shooting up in a dark, Miami alley with a hooker and wearing an FSU hat.
Ah, perchance to dream.

oh and urban meyer, hurry up and go to notre dame. i’d like to win a title again.
