haha. the dancing’s over, now it gets dirty. was that seriously the tagline for this movie? i hope so. ok SO. i watched this thing for the first time ever the other night because i was bored and it was free on demand. and oh emm geeeeee was it amazing. dude, patrick swayze is dalton, a bouncer at a rowdy bar that RIPS OUT PEOPLE’S THROATS when they fuck with him. that’s some intense stuff right there. i was mesmerized for a good two hours watching this movie. it has everything, guns, blood, explosions, sam elliot, a monster truck, boobs, sex, guns, fights, the late jeff healey, beer, terry freakin funk, i could go on and on. how have i not seen this film before? it’s a perfect example as to why they just don’t make movies like they used to. this came out in, prolly ‘88 or ‘89 i’d guess, and it fits right in with other bombass action movies of the time . ahhh what a great flick. if you haven’t seen it before and you’re a dude, do yourself a favor and check it out.

dude, if you enjoyed the cheese factor of the original (which i do love the original, my brother actually owns it and i stole it) you should check out the sequel, roadhouse II, something else, not as good as the original, really have to LOVE rotten movie sequels, but it’s a good time
ive seen it at the store and been tempted to check it out, maybe i shall this weekend
