So let’s all watch it again!
I’ve been a big time Interpol fan for ages now and so it should go without saying that I’m mega-stoked on their new album (due out 9/7 I believe). I’ve heard most of it and I can confirm it’s pretty rad in a very ‘wow this sounds like every other Interpol song ever’ sorta way. [keep on readin', baby...]
I like this band even though they miiiight slightly sound like they’ve been “influenced” by The Cure. In fact, I’ll go so far as to say that I find this cd to be a surprisingly good listen. A great addition to my night driving playlist! I like(d) the 80′s though, so I can totally relate [keep on readin', baby...]
Sometimes, things pop up on the internet that need no real introduction, no set up and no witty remarks to make them stand out. Today, our own madlibs stumbled across one of those things. They’ve got a new album out on August 9, and as these things tend to go, they have a new video out to help promote said album. This song is called ‘Currents Meet The Tide’ - if [keep on readin', baby...]
I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t really enjoyed Norma Jean all that much since their bombastic ‘Bless The Martyr..’ record a ton of years go. They’ve had some rockin’ tunes, but I’ve never been able to fully embrace the direction they’ve chosen to take musically, vocally, etc. The new album is in [keep on readin', baby...]
